John Hughes, Consultant, has had 39 years experience in the areas of mine mechanical engineering, management and consulting within the mining industry. He holds a Diploma in Technology (Mech Eng) from the NSW Institute of Technology and Trade Certificate, Fitter/Turner from the NSW Technical College he is a Member of The Institution of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).  He has extensive experience working in  Australia and Thailand and has worked in Myanma.  He has held the positions of consultant, maintenance manager, assistant general manager - operations, management development adviser, principal maintenance engineer, manager engineering services and mechanical engineer in charge. He is available for consulting and key staff relief.
