Michael Leak, former Mining Consultant with RFMC, has some 7 years experience in mining engineering and management within the mining industry.  Michael holds a B.E. Mining with honours from the WA School of Mines and is a Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).  In addition he holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency, a NSW Below Ground Mine Production Managers Certificate of Competency and a Western Australian Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency.  He has significant experience in the use of Surpac, Vulcan, Vision, Mine Works Planner, Unwedge, Autocad, Ventsim and MS Office softwares.  He has filled the positions of consultant, alternate mine manager, alternate underground manager, production engineer, planning engineer, relief foreman and mining engineer.  Michael has joined another mining consultancy.
